Out at sea, it’s all about creating memorable experiences. As a member of the Wajer Summer Crew, you’ll create carefree and unforgettable moments on board.
The Summer Crew ensures everything on board runs smoothly. You’ll sail, maintain the yachts, and assist our guests to make sure they enjoy a carefree day on the water. In between, you’ll keep the yacht spotless, perform basic technical checks, and lend a hand with preparations, events, and boat shows.
You’ll be based at one of our service hubs in the south of France or in Spain. Together with your colleagues, you’ll live in Wajer-provided accommodations and enjoy freshly prepared dinners five days a week. This way, you’ll combine a professional work experience with a social and unforgettable summer.
Before the season starts, you’ll complete the Wajer Summer Crew Academy. During this training, you’ll learn everything about our yachts, onboard safety, hospitality, and technical aspects, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your summer as a member of the Summer Crew.
Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to join the Wajer Care Talent Pool after the season. In this program, you’ll continue your development with personal guidance and training, preparing you for a career with Wajer.
