I don’t know a boat that combines, cool, safety, comfort, power and elegance the way my Wajer 38 does. I have had boats for over 25 years and my new Wajer has totally changed my life on the sea. Not only can I go farther, faster and with more friends, but I can please all of my guests whether they want a comfortable ride or are out for a thrill! That’s a tough combination. Cruising in my Wajer in and around the Hamptons is the best part of every weekend. Whether we spend the day cruising from beach to beach, having lunch on the boat or tying up at the latest “in” spot for a fun filled day of food and rose it is always a highlight.
This new foil assist technology on the Wajer 38 and 38 S, has been developed together with Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Sailing these foiled Wajers makes for a more comfortable ride as there is less slamming on the water and a drier ride, as it reduces spray considerably. In addition, she sails more stable and faster because the boat has less resistance. Preliminary technical research also has shown that the foil assist reduces fuel consumption with 10-20%, while maximum speed increases with 3-6% at equal power.
